Financial Data Operator General Information Location Romania Bucuresti Bucuresti Organization Gas and Power Business Unit Generation Full Time / Part Time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional Description A snapshot of your day: Develop methods, monitoring of data accuracy and resolve technical issues related to various IT applications.How You'll Make an Impact:* Ensure correct and complete project data in various in-house IT systems that we use at Siemens Energy.* Develop methods and routines for efficient evaluation and monitoring of data accuracy.* Collaborate with various stakeholders to correct and complete inaccurate or missing data.* Resolve technical issues related to various IT applications in close cooperation with colleagues and IT support professionals.* Act as a responsible member of an international team where honesty, transparency and effective communication is key for joint success.* Suggest and develop new approaches to get things done in a more efficient way.* Continuously learn and develop new skills in a self-driven manner.What you bring:* Bachelor’s degree in finance or a completed apprenticeship with some professional experience in the financial domain* Good understanding and knowledge of operational accounting in corporate settings. * Solid understanding of and experience working with corporate financial master data* Good understanding of and experience with the use of databases e.g., MS Access, MS Azure, Oracle, MySQL, SAPA Hana, Snowflake.* Strong affinity for IT applications. Willingness to develop new skills and to learn new methods and tools * Experience with scripting for the purpose of automation beneficial e.g., VBA, Python, Perl, SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation.* Proficient in English – written and oral.* Collaborative and solution-oriented. Experience with working in project teams beneficial.* Comfortable working in international team settings using collaborative software such as MS Teams, MS Whiteboard.* Self-driven with developed ability to prioritize a variety of tasks to deliver desired results on time.
