This is a position in our power systems business segment based in Craiova, Romania.QualificationsIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for all accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and costs for our Romanian manufacturing plant. Drive key business metrics, providing input into development of business strategies, and provide financial support for new business development. Partner with business leaders to create operational efficiencies driving continuous improvements and growth initiatives. Manage financial support to comply with any governmental, regulatory or local requirements, such as tax and statutory accounting requirements. Lead financial analysis on capital projects and manage overall capital management process at entity level. Coach and mentor all entity finance staff; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports. Lead and create a robust right environment. To be successful in this role you will need the following: College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required. Existing experience in Statutory Financial Reporting (e.g. monthly VAT reconciliation, support in annual audit deliverables. Annual Report Preparation etc.) Existing experience in local and US GAAP is required to be considered. Existing experience in a small operations manufacturing or distribution center environment. Fluency in English and Romanian is essential.
