key responsibilities:Overall responsible to manage credit risk related to retail individuals lending activities throughout:· ensuring review of all credit risk policies related to consumer lending as assigned by manager.· timely preparing summary on risk decisions for submission to dedicated committees.· review and advice on working procedures and processes performed by other departments related to consumer lending activity, including advises for dedicated committees proposals within the specified feedback period.· support updates of NBR documentation including rectified strategy and/ or policy in order to reflect risk appetite statement yearly modifications as well as any other internal or NBR structural modification.· ensuring average processing time for Individuals applications which require credit risk advice: 2 working days for overrides, advice for loans in specific situations during regular production process.· offering business support by reviewing and give advice on working procedures, product approval and review process performed by other departments related to lending activity (including also sales information and support).· active support for new or modified proposals from business partners according to strategy and QBRs.What you bring to the team:· Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, banking, or another related domain.· Previous experience in retail lending for individuals.· Understand properly the banking industry.· Knowledge of retail individuals lending market developments and influencing factors, good understanding of banking rules and regulations.· Fluent in English, both written and verbally.· Strong ability to effectively use MS Office and main internal systems related to lending activity.· Ability to use presentation skills, graphs, charts and other tools to display data in a clear and concise way to support conclusions· Keen on learning and developing within a credit risk environment.· Personal competencies: communication abilities, ambition and energy (able to perform under pressure), initiative, decisiveness and discipline, adaptability.
