Front-End Team Lead
Thales SIX France is developing a collaborative and future-proof combat platform to increase military capabilities in theater of operations. That product development is undertaken within the Protection Systems (PRS) Business Line product line policy and aims to improve Thales competitiveness in the field.
From backend to front-end, the platform will be based on the latest technologies available with the constraints of military deployments and performance at the core of the developments.
The development activities will be performed in close co-operation with experts in Thales Romania & Thales France and may require few intermittent travels between these locations. Most of Thales Romania & Thales France coordination works will be performed through Thales digital factory platform.
Job summary :
You will join an Agile (SCRUM) software development team working on micro front-end technologies in the context of a tactical editor.
As a Software Developer, you will be in charge of:
- Contribute to Agile meetings (planning, review, daily)
- Design and develop new features in Web Components using Angular following the coding rules
- Develop and maintain the UI provided by UX designers
- Develop End-To-End (E2E) automatic test cases (based on developed features scope)
Required competencies/experience:
Mandatory skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Object Oriented programming
- Source control tool (GIT)
- TypeScript language
- Experience in Angular
- Experience in responsive CSS
Optional skills :
- ++ Knowledge of web test automation tools (Protractor or Cypress)
- ++ Knowledge of DevOps
- ++ Knowledge of Micro Front-end and WebComponents
- + Knowledge of React
- + Knowledge of French language
