Qualifications :
-
BE/Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications with relevant experience.
-
3 to 5 years of experience in working with NOC environment
-
Strong Knowledge on Fixed Technology & GPON and its connectivity
-
Working experience on FTTH network.
-
Good understanding of MetroE networks and Broadband networks.
-
Good knowledge in multi-layer Switches and supporting STP, RSTP, PVST, RPVST along with trouble shooting of inter VLAN routing and VLAN trunking using 802. 1q.
-
Should have experience of provide Level 1 fault management support
-
Device level experience for any of following mentioned network elements in IP equipment’s eg. Huawei, Cisco, Juniper etc.

Have good analytical and technical issue resolution skills.

Should have good experience of Alarm Management, Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management.

Prefer to have knowledge on monitoring and ticketing tools like HPOV, Clarify, Netcool, Remedy

Good communication skills and process orientation
Must Have Skills :
-
24*7 Alarm monitoring of IP/CPE/Transport elements.
-
Ticket creation, cancelling, clearing, resolving, and closing incident records on Remedy, Clarify tool etc.

Calls Handling from different stakeholders
-
First level diagnosis of all minor, major and critical alarms.

Support Manual Provisioning
-
Follow and adhere SLAs and KPIs for Network alarms and Customer complaints.

Coordinate with BO, TAC and FLM teams
-
Raise tickets as a part of problem management for recurring faults
-
Resolve the tickets and incidents by analysis and identification techniques
-
Responding to an alarm notification to evaluate the impact of the alarm.
