The task of the team will be to build “Minimum Viable Products” – creating applications to prove or disprove the assumed hypothesis about their market value. Applications will be created for larger platforms from producers such as Atlassian or Monday.com. The team will give you the opportunity to work at an early stage of product development. It will be comprised of pioneers who will be able to investigate customer reactions to new products. The work will involve building several MVPs a year and changing contexts, therefore there will be an opportunity to generate solutions for different groups of recipients on different platforms. The entire unit works in scrum and more and more often works on the basis of pair programming, and the agile process is tailored by each team to their needs – thanks to this, it works best and most effectively! The teams include fullstack developers, manual testers, UX / UI designers, product owner and scrum master.If you decide to work with us, it will be up to you how you choose to work: remote, stationary, or hybrid mode. For everyone willing to work in the office, awaits our palace in Wrocław by the South Park, which every second stroller is amazed by, or convenient office at Grzybowska Street in Warsaw What tasks await you at the position of a Frontend Developer?Development of MVP in accordance with the requirements and vision of the PO,Generating ideas for technical solutions and consulting about the feasibility of the vision,Proposing ways to shorten the creation of MVPs to accelerate the acquisition of feedback from the market,MVP pivot implementation,Participating in the review of codes of other teammates,Writing unit tests,Development and improvement of the development process in terms of optimizing the MVP generation rate.Who is our ideal candidate? It’s someone who:Has a good knowledge of ReactJS, Typescript, Javascript,Can boast at least basic knowledge of Backend technology (e.g. NodeJS or Java + Spring Boot) and wants to develop further in this area,Has the ability to build CI / CD processes,Is a highly creative person in creating new solutions,Can easily change the context and is flexible due to frequent work in various areas,Is characterized by curiosity, the pursuit of better solutions and good work organization,Can show great responsibility, independence and respect for colleagues,Has the vein of a scientist and experimenterCommunicates freely in English (e.g. B2 level)It is also welcome:Ability to implement solutions e.g. on Heroku,Knowledge of ORMs, JPA and Hibernate,Knowledge of WebPack, Maven,Knowledge of the Docker environment and the Redux library,Knowledge of Atlassian products and the Connect, Forge platform.What can Deviniti offer you?
