The team at DNA usually holds end-to-end responsibility for a product (at DNA the team consists of Backend, Fullstack, Frontend and Site Reliability Engineers). You will be encouraged to:take part in architecture& tech stack discussions and co-implement itown the way of working of the team and the outcome it producesOn a daily basis as a DNA team member you will:design and create solutions - mainly new features (you are empowered to handle the full product development process); you will also face day to day cooperation with a clientparticipate in team ceremonies (daily, planning, code review, retrospective, refinement)undertake different company initiatives (not only in the field of engineering practices)Experience that will be crucial:at least 5 years of commercial experience with different tech stacks e.g Java (Spring) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React)DevOps mindsetday-to-day communication in English with a clientIf you feel that you and DNA could be a good match, feel invited to take part in recruitment journey!
