Adore Me is the lingerie underdog, disrupting a huge traditional industry. We started the journey in 2011 and we're one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. The tech factor is strong in our DNA. We have more engineers than marketers, fashion designers, or business folks and we're proud of it.
The "X" Team
We are a small team working on projects which could become a new business line for Adore Me. The current project is an influencer marketing platform that grows fast. We reached over 50M people in the last 7 months and we plan to do more!

What we're looking for
We are looking for a full-stack developer with a passion for product and UX. Your personality and your traits matter as much as your tech expertise.
We are looking for an independent, responsible, entrepreneurial-type of person. Mainly because we don't like micro-management. We expect you to be able to carry your own weight and be a reliable partner in the team.
We are looking for a fast learner. We may need to use technologies that you never used before. That should not scare you but excite you. In most cases, we may not even know what we need and you may have to propose something new.
We are looking for you to get stuff done. We want you to be proactive and create your own vision about the project.
We want you to be a team player, a partner for your colleagues in the dev team. Help or lead the planning process, code reviews, commits etc. Provide guidance and help your colleagues when they get stuck.
We want you to be an over-communicator. Some people may work remotely and it's up to you to show your work, explain your ideas, or highlight problems.
We get in love with the problem rather than the solutions. Understanding and framing the real need is key for us in order to ship valuable work to our product users.
We are starving for feedback and don't mind throwing out our work to improve the product and the user experience.
Skills
Good understanding and experience of web building blocks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with interface building frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.)
Experience with web tech stacks (e.g. Laravel, Rails, Django, etc.)
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, Mongo, etc.)
