More than 284,000 committed and highly motivated employees in 478 locations in 45 countries make us one of the most successful international automotive suppliers. To strengthen our team, We Are Looking For: General Affairs SupervisorLocation: Ploiesti Your responsibilities: •Monitors the activity regarding the transport for Yazaki’s employees; •Analyzes and implements actions for routes optimization; •Coordinates the activity of Yazaki Romania car fleet and supervises the entire activity of the Car Fleet; •Establishes and approves the drivers schedule according to expressed necessary; •Maintains a close connection with security provider and actively involves herself/ himself in solving the specific situations. •Maintains the relation with cleaning service provider for specific actions in the company and rented locations and coordinates the internal activity about this subject; •Supervises and closely monitories the relation with the catering provider in order to ensure the meals for Yazaki employees. •Monitors the relation with medical care providers , actively involving herself/ himself in specific activities. •Respects the Health and Safety Legislation and the Internal Regulation Your profile: •University degree - preferable in Economics or Law •2+ years’ experience in on Supervision/ Coordinating position in Administrative area •Previous experience in manufacturing industry would represent strong advantage; •Fluency in English, Advanced MS Office package •Experience in coordinating, supervising, motivation, developing teams •Customer Focus ; Ensures Accountability; Drives Results; Instills trust; Manages ambiguity At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
