About the roleIn the role you will work in direct relation and under the supervision of the Head of Design along with a talented team of designers working on entire projects or separate tasks, constantly seeking for perfection and innovation. You will also work side by side with development, Product Owners, HO Games and different stakeholders, have a key role in ensuring our products quality, behavior and design.You will work on exciting live casino games and other navigation parts of the user interface for mobile and desktop, creating design solutions that enable excellent customer experiences in their journey starting from opening the games menu and finishing with exciting winning messages. Responsibilities:As a Casino Game your main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working with Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology and any additional internal and external stakeholders, as the main point of contact for design requirements and preparing design specifications/acceptance criteria.Propose, elaborate and implement new concepts and designs Optimize existing user interface designs, functionality and featuresDevelop wireframes and prototypes that succinctly illustrate user journeys, content structure / hierarchy and navigation to create compelling and empathetic user experiencesConduct user research, gather requirements and study usage to provide recommendations in written and visual form, backed up with the rationale behind them.Map and trial various user experience integrations before implementingCommunicate with product stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectivesDevelop design requirements which strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutionsCombine creativity with an awareness of the design elements to create prototypes for new product ideasConduct an ongoing user research and focus groupsParticipate in Team Ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, System Demo’s and Retrospectives – as the person responsible for design requirements and acceptance criteria.Contribution to our Casino Product Vision & Roadmap – your passion for product and providing an exceptional customer experience, particularly for mobile/web product features, UX & UI and developing innovation should be conveyed as product feature proposals for our roadmap.Working with wider teams – in order to understand customer behaviour, business drivers, product needs, product strategy and business requests/cases you will be expected to work with wider teams and translate these requirements into stories within our Casino Product backlog.Champion Innovation – you will be expected to research, define and recommend Casino Product specific innovation of new technologies and features which will enhance our current offering and improve customer experience.Skills + Experience:At least 2 years as game designer, with preference to casino gamesUnderstanding of UX concepts, information architecture and interaction design Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologiesDemonstrate understanding of wireframes, the mobile world and responsive designPrototyping app knowledge is a plusAbility to discuss and explain design optionsDetail orientedKnowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and DreamweaverExperience in defining design requirements both for technical and user requests in the context of software and application development.Good attention to detail; you must be able to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quicklyExcellent presentation and documentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expertsStrong relationship management skillsExperience of working with product teams to produce high quality UX & UI artefactsStrong teamwork, coordination, planning and influencing skillsMust be self-driven and able to work within a fast paced and dynamic organizationEducation:Bachelors degree in a related field or relevant practical experienceBenefits: hybridflexible schedulemedical plan from Regina Mariastable, mature team mostly composed from seniors and expertslearning and promotion opportunities, most of our promotions are made in-houseNo of employees: close to 200 IT employeesRecruiting process: - HR interview - technical interview – offer Your applicationWe look forward to your application in English together with your portfolio that shows us a wide variety of styles.
