Your Key Responsibilities Deliver advisory engagements related to Shared Services /Global Business Services mainly in Finance function, with focus of the following processes: Procure to Pay Order to Cash Record to Report Master Data Management Transactional Procurement Write accurate process documentation such as process flows and operating procedures Identify viable opportunities for process improvement Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks. Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies. Your Profile University degree in accounting, finance, management, or similar, 3-5 years of experience in consulting or in a Shared Services Finance team (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash or Record to Report preferred) Able to produce process documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, SIPOCs and Process Maps. Proactive, flexible and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Exposure to using process design techniques (Lean6Sigma or others) is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills. Good understanding of ERP systems such as SAP(FI/CO-PA modules) or Oracle Cloud. Good command of English. At least advanced/conversational level of Italian (able to perform process documentation from interviews with Italian speakers) Nice-to-have: Project management experience or qualifications Lean 6Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Above all we value teaming, personality and attitude.
