Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep records of customer service orders received Prepares the weekly centralizer of the services rendered to the clients Check invoices issued or to be issued to customers Makes weekly /monthly checking with customers regarding the value of provided services to be invoiced and provides clarifications about any differences Books the consumption of consumables / stocks in the accounting system and the transfer between warehouses of consumables / stocks in the accounting system Generates reports form the accounting system regarding information on consumables / stocks Receives & verifies the documents for the treasury advances granted, Receives and checks the transport sheets and the daily activity sheets from the company's drivers Prepares the centralizer of the daily activity sheets for the entire auto fleet Responsibilities related to the annual inventory counting QUALIFICATIONS: University Degree in Economics EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years accounting experience SKILLS, TRAINING, OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE: Good understanding of Romania local accounting English language (speaking and writing) Intermediate level
