For our customer we are searching for a

General Manager (f/m/d) - Romania

Tasks:

• General Manager of a manufacturing subsidiary in Romania
• the overall management of the subsidiary including all functions
• managing the growth of the subsidiary also by building-up sales capabilities
• developing/optimizing the production system and supply chain processes
• improving the performance of the entity in all aspects resulting in profitable growth

Profile:

• Completed technical studies, preferably with reference to the metal industry
• Background in managing all functions/aspects of a stand-alone subsidiary in Romania
• Technqiues: pressing, punching, bending, machining
• Experience in state-of-the-art production systems processes
• Know-how in managing profitable growths - also by establishing a sales competence
• Leadership skills to motivate growing 300+ employees and build a cohesive team
• Experience in the Romanian environment is desirable
• Business fluent knowledge of Romanian is essential
• fluent knowledge of German or English
