You will lead a medium-size team towards achieving the department's and the client's requirements

The team under your supervision will act as an escalation point for all Conti Plants affected by raw material supply delays

You will drive the decision-making in regards to the raw material allocation in between Conti Plants and Business Area, together with the supplier

You will ensure that the agreed allocation management procedures are being respected and complying with the general quality standards

Overall team supervision, monitoring performance, team motivation, providing/receiving feedback, assess career path and coach/mentor your team members, coordinate the annual evaluation process

Responsible for the hiring process of the vacancies inside your area of responsibility and also with the onboarding and training of the new team members

QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor / Master in Transport Management, Business Administration or comparable Studies

Minimum 2 years experience in Transportation Logistics/ Automotive Industry

English knowledge (advanced)

Good command of MS Office package (Excel - advanced; Powerpoint - advanced)

Good command of SAP

Ability to provide feedback and results according to the initial planning

Leadership spirit doubled by excellent communication and interpersonal/ intercultural skills

Proactive and determined, but also empathetic
