  • Ensure data quality for new materials; check that the forms for the new materials are filled out with all necessary information (classification & mandatory fields)
  • Make sure all the information for the active existing parts in the system are complete and correct
  • Check for doublets (material already existing with different part number) based on mandatory fields and classification; and assign active existing part numbers to the request and feedback to requester
  • Identify inactive parts based on certain criteria and request for status update from the locations
  • Global and regional price maintenance
  • Creates all purchasing views and does all changes needed according to new contracts, implementing new information before contract starts
  • Is checking every day for price differences, solves them and informs responsible people
  • Offers necessary support to all locations, working on requests in appropriate time, providing high quality results
  • He / she is responsible to acknowledge and follow the customer specific requirements implemented in internal processes
