Job Description In this dynamic and challenging role as a Global Learning & Development Business Partner, you will have a direct impact on the Learning experience of Garrett employees across all geographies. We are looking for a professional, passionate about L&D, who has the initiative to understand the business needs, and the capability to plan and implement the best L&D programs that tie in with business objectives, with an eye on improving digital learning adoption and learner engagement. You will join the Talent Center of Excellence and will be working closely together with multiple stakeholders: HR Business Partners, business leaders, people managers and other functions. As such, we are looking for a self-driven, confident professional, able to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority, is up to date with current learning trends and is excited about how the L&D future looks like. Responsibilities Develop and enhance customer-centric global L&D programs Plan, develop, execute and evaluate global L&D programs that support business objectives, working in collaboration with the Global Learning Team, HR and Business stakeholders Support the implementation of existing global L&D programs and work with the Learning Specialist for logistics and LMS administration Participate in vendor negotiations, work with vendors for alternatives and improvements to the learning offerings and ensure compliance with internal procurement and finance processes Act as a trusted Learning advisor and support the business functions for the creation of the L&D program; Improve Learning branding and lead learning engagement projects Pivot learning offerings towards digital learning; research and stay up to date with trends to propose new methods and platforms to support digital learning Assess the success of existing L&D programs, prepare regular learning governance reports (NPS, average rating), propose and implement improvement action plans Participate in the Learning Management System (LMS) working group to enhance and improve the system’s user experience and functionality Work on shared projects connecting Learning to other Talent Management & Talent Acquisition processes (e.g. onboarding, competencies, career paths, succession planning etc.) and actively look for collaboration opportunities. Learning & Development Partner for the assigned business Perform gap analysis to identify learning needs, establish yearly curricula, and propose and carry out L&D programs for assigned business Own end-to-end business-specific L&D programs aiming to support the skill development of individuals and the organization, and establish priorities for content development/buy/borrow Support Business leaders and HR Business Partner to plan and execute Management and Leadership development programs Maintain close relationships with both internal learning module owners and external providers Keep track of expenditures, ensure they are within the allocated budget, and manage learning-related POs and GRs Work with module owners and Leaning Planner to establish the yearly calendar of technical offerings (ILT/VILT), and availability on the LMS Maintain the Learning related Knowledge Management Process Engage the Learning community of the assigned business through diverse communication channels Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in coordination and implementation of L&D projects or Business Process Training for big multi-cultural groups, or in an HR Generalist/ Business Partner role with global or site Learning responsibilities Able to demonstrate experience in assessing individual/ business needs, perform data and gap analysis and propose the right L&D programs to address the identified needs You are a learner yourself, passionate about the L&D domain and keep abreast of trends IT literate with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Fluent English language (speaking and writing) Strong verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders Excellent influencing skills and ability to build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders Act with speed and embrace challenges Self-starter, will propose own goals and work independently to achieve them Resilient and flexible, deals well with ambiguity Strong planning & organizing skills, analytical and with an eye for detail You are a team player Motivated by developing highly successful professionals We value: Experience in delivering trainings or workshops to a diverse population (across domains and geographies), both face-to-face and virtual Instructional Design knowledge Previous experience with other Learning Management Systems, ideally Oracle.
