We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! We are looking for a Global Mktg Finance Ops Specialist who will beresponsible for assisting a group of internal marketing spenders based in the APAC region.The key objectives of the position are to:Deliver consistent and outstanding marketing budget support across APACEnsure that Marketing meets financial deadlines and adheres to the company’s policiesEnable spenders to focus more on their job and less on finance related tasksResponsibilitiesPartner with key stakeholders such as Procurement, Finance, AP and Legal to drive process improvementsReview and analyze financial trend and outlook reportsReview the spending requests and create PRs on behalf of MarketingMain point of contact for APAC marketing budget transfersTrack status of PRs, contracts and invoices to eliminate delaysPO maintenance including accrual & prepaymentsWork with vendors to obtain invoicesEnsure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achievedRequirements3-5 years of Budgeting or Financial Management experienceDemonstrated experience in managing a high volume of requests and providing related administrative support within a large marketing organizationMarketing / Marketing Operations experienceCan self-manage time to keep pace with workloadOutstanding organization & interpersonal skillsFamiliar with fundamental accounting principlesVery good at relationship building, oral and written communication skillsMotivated, execution-oriented, high performance individual with strong process focusProficient in Excel and database tools
