This allows GE to achieve its mission of moving, curing and powering the world.Job DescriptionThe Global Organization & Talent Development Specialist (m/f/d) for GE Steam Power will support the Talent team in providing strategy and expertise for the full scope of organizational development, organizational effectiveness, cultural activation, leadership development and leadership pipeline activities for the global GE Steam Power organization of ~8000 employees. You will work in a dynamic, creative, and high-spirited team and you will be learning and growing every day.Key responsibilities:Support the Performance management process for GE Steam Power by training and guiding HR colleagues, People Leaders and Employees through a meaningful experience.Support the GE Steam Power Learning & Development Catalogue with program management, content design and delivery, and data analytics for impact measurementSupport the GE Steam Power Employee Value Proposition by reports, data analysis, action implementation and new initiativesLead the Talent Open Hours to support the GE Steam Power HR team with talent principles and processesDesign training material and deliver training on various topics of people development and growthServe as the go-to person for Workday talent reports and analyticsLiaise with the GE Corporate Teams, representing GE Steam PowerHelp build programs and initiatives to enhance the learning and development culture at GE Steam PowerBuild network with internal and external stakeholders to support the transformation journey at GE Steam PowerTranslate strategy efficiently into daily operations and drive follow-upsQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college.Meaningful work experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and DevelopmentMeaningful experience in facilitating and trainingExperience with Workday’s reporting functionality and talent featuresDesired Characteristics:Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees across the organisationStrong presentation skills, needed to effectively deliver a variety of talent- and culture- related training programs to groups of People Leaders and EmployeesPassion for innovative HR solutions, process improvement and simplificationsHands-on mentality with a positive forward-looking attitudeNetworking skills and ability to work in an international environment
