Check out your future responsibilities below
  • Support and create manufacturing technology roadmap for dedicated technology field;
  • Align all stakeholders (production, R&D, etc) what technologies/processes/materials are needed to be developed and maintained in order to achieve the quality and cost targets for the products in production;
  • Lead standardization strategy on process technology level (across BU plants)
  • Develop a map with the competencies needed in the Manufacturing Locations under CCN responsibility and locations where CCN has production activities.
  • Rate the competency level of the Manufacturing Locations
  • Creation of process and equipment standards for production process technology ( ""Cookbook""; Standard documents, Technology description, etc. )
  • Promote and lead International best practice transfer (Yokoten) for manufacturing technolog field.
  • Responsible for the setup and maintenance of a worldwide network of process- and technology partners (within BU CCN);
  • Support all TechNet activities across BU and AM
  • International planning of production strategy and production equipment
  • Perform technology evaluation and introduction of new production technologies including new product launches;
  • Contact with suppliers of technology to develop manufacturing and process technology for the CCN products.
  • Provide expert consulting support for management, development and production in case of new manufacturing technologies (in dedicated fields).
    • QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
  • University Degree (i.e. Chemistry preferred, Electronics, Mechanics) or relevant professional experience;
  • Ph.D. degree if possible;
  • Experience in a plant IE or technology department > 10 years in a field related to Material expert (TIM, coating, etc.);
  • Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.);
  • English communication mandatory (international network and teams)
  • Preferred experience working abroad
  • Understanding of different foreign cultures
    Desirable Skills/Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree if possible
  • Experience in working with international teams
  • Leading self
