We are #peopleofcontinentalsibiu:Apply until: 28.02.2023Check out your future responsibilities below:  Plan and align technology strategy in production  Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide  Initialize and lead harmonization projects  Standardization and continuous improvement of existing technologies in Operations  Support worldwide ramp of new technologies and design for manufacturing  Setup and maintain network of technology partners  Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices  Support in case of local crisis issues  Map required technology competencies of plants  Foster gap closure, know how transfer and training  Create and align roadmap for (new) technologies  Scan market trends and involve internal and external suppliers  Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products Essential Skills/Qualifications: Univeristy degree in technical field (preferably SW related)Experience in a plant IE or testing department > 7 years in a field related testing and programming.
