Hardware Project Manager in Ghimbav

For our location in Ghimbav we are currently looking for aHardware Project ManagerRESPONSABILITIES: Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources;Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them;Assisting and helping of the employees when needed;Prepares the documentations needed for every project;Serving as a point of contact and supporting for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy (Software, Mechanics, production, quality, sales departments);Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals;Monitors the progress and initiates the relevant periodic hardware changes (milestone acceptance);Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed;Assuring that activities are fitting in time and costs;Responsible with managing and solving the problems and the conflicts that may occur during the planning, execution and the completion phase of the project;Product cost optimization initiatives;Evaluation and mitigation risks(technical or administrative).
