Key responsibilities:Is the one point of contact in the Channel function in regards of Sales KPI’s (Relationship Selling, Brand and Innovation, Digitalization)Has a deep knowledge of the business and can identify key areas of intervention for moving markets from the vicious to the virtual cycleWork in close collaboration with peers in the markets and the analytics central Team in order to create a strong partnership to turnaround results, Campaign after CampaignEstablish a Network of Excellence with Performance Business Partners in the Lead Markets in order to co-create plans and offer concrete support in execution and KPI’s turnaround, Campaign after campaignMonitor constantly results and is fully aware of reasons why each KPI in each market perform in that specific manner Thought leader that utilises resources in markets and central teams to drive actionsIdentifies and drives execution of plans across channels and categoriesWe'd love you to have:Work Experience.Deep knowledge of KPI’s managementStrong ability to interpret KPIs to propose actions and solutionsEducationHigher education 5 years of experience in digital and business analytics, digital market leader and/or product owner roles Skills & Competencies requiredStrong influential skills and ability to engage people of different seniority and rolesAbility to work in Teams and Squads, proposing co-created solutions that drives performance improvementAnalytics skillsExtensive commercial/business analysis experienceConfident and established communicator at all levels and across functionsIntellectual curiosity- a passion for spotting opportunities and driving change.Must be self-motivated and show initiativeFluent English#LI-AP1What we offer: Avon is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
