Role descriptionEnsures on-time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products to the customer at the right cost and within the safety target..Being responsible for leading and coordinating the activities related to the area of responsibility, with the purpose fulfilling productions plan, steering cost reduction projects, reaching goals, using the methodologies joined the LSW (Leader Standard Work).Plans and communicates production strategy to shift leaders, for respective customers/ smaller BU Responsabilities: • Ensures the production and testing of customer specific products on time with the right quality and cost;• Planning and controlling of costs vs budget; • Planning and controlling of resources (equipment, people, material); reduce production expenses by optimizing material management method and machine maintenance level;• Leading change managment (organization, processes); • Responsible for productivity/process efficiency and continuous improvement within FF parameter (Lean);• Drive ESH activity in workplace following the regulation and safety standard to maintain a safety environment and reduce sick leave rate;• Monitor of Line Information Boards (LIB) and deviation management. Leading corrective actions to systemic issues; • Execute Production Segment routines (incl LPA, Gemba walk, Production/FF Team meetings) and discusses with the next management level upon problems and/or deviations in routine fulfilment• Identify systematic failures and initiate Problem Solving measures;• Ensure the proper execution of Problem Solving;• Implements Zero Defect approach; • Ensure the disposition of the non-conforming parts;• Supports Internal and external Audits;• Drive implementation of JIDOKA; promotes quality culture;• Reduce quality cost by improve operator's quality sense. Requirements: • Professional experience (at least 3 years) in manufacturing field, management/ project/ product management;• Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment;• Cross functional experience, preferred;• Experienced in product development, production, product industrialization or quality management (Negotiation and customer management.) • Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in engineering, Six Sigma certification is a plus; • Experience in working with international teams. Understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures);▪ Fluent proficiency in English; • Experience with production processes also in the area of lean production, IE, quality tools.
