Are you ready to lead regulatory excellence in the B2B online gambling industry? At Playnetic, we're looking for an experienced Head of Regulatory Compliance to join our remote-first team (with an option to work from our Limassol office). This is your chance to shape a critical function in a company poised for rapid growth across multiple regulated markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Head of Regulatory Compliance, you'll oversee adherence to gambling regulations across all jurisdictions where we operate. You'll: Monitor and interpret changes in gambling laws and regulations, keeping the company compliant and ahead of the curve. Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures. Manage licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and audits, while ensuring timely communication with regulators. Maintain precise records of regulatory filings and correspondence. Collaborate closely with internal teams to embed compliance within operational processes. ABOUT YOU You're a regulatory expert with: At least 5 years of experience in compliance within the online gambling industry (B2B preferred, but B2C considered). Proven success in navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks. Strong knowledge of gambling laws in key markets. Exceptional communication skills for liaising with regulators and internal teams. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintaining compliance frameworks and meeting deadlines. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first six months, you'll: Implement and optimise compliance frameworks. Ensure licenses are upheld to the highest standards. Establish and maintain a calendarised system for regulatory deadlines. INTERVIEW PROCESS You'll have a straightforward, two-stage interview process: An initial call with our recruiter, Mitch.
