Head of Representative & Customer Experience (Remote Work: Open to All Location) in Craiova

Key responsibilities:Define and deliver seamless experiences across the full omnichannel landscape, bringing on and offline together across digital, retail, telephony and future opportunities.Build a unifying vision for how all omnichannel products will will work together to drive value, both now and in the future.Understand the business vision and needs of Avon’s markets, guiding and executing the omnichannel product strategy to support this.Deliver a strong and innovative omnichannel roadmap, managing dependencies and expectations across Avon and the broader Natura & Co Group.Lead and grow a dynamic, world class product, user experience and solutions delivery function.Evangelise agile principles across Avon, shaping a product focused function, with teams accountable for their product scope.•Deliver maximum commercial and customer impact of the omnichannel products, working in collaboration with local and central Marketing and Channels teamsWe'd love you to have:Work Experience15+ years in omnichannel Product Development, Product Strategy and/or Product Management or similar6+ years of proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams ideally in Agile environmentsEducationBachelors degree or equivalent preferredSkills & Competencies requiredComfortable presenting to and working with C-level executive teamsStrategic thinker, who can balance long term direction with short term impactTrack record of delivering & innovating market leading omnichannel solutions at scaleStrong team player who uses initiative and diplomacy when liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environmentKnowledge of agile working practicesStrong influencing, negotiation and facilitation skillsStrong networking and team working ability across all levels of the organisationProven ability managing long term engagement with multiple tracks, teams and deploymentsWhat we offer: At Avon, we’re open to all irrespective of gender, race, sexuality, age or any other characteristic.
