You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.What you will be doing at WebhelpAs a Help Desk Advisor, you will:Maintain customer relationships through product support (by phone, live chat or email)Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issuesManage effectively all incoming complaints or requestsKeep track of customer interactionsOwn and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceededContribute to our Client's brand imageWhat we are looking forYour motivation to help people and your ability to think on your feet will take you far in your journey with us.
