Bucharest, Romania.General information regarding the role:Pricing approvals, evaluations and analyses and develops and submits to decision-makers comprehensive pricing and reimbursement dossiers/documents for the allocated portfolio.Develops analyses and reports for pricing strategies for both marketed and new products.Develops and implements the best possible rationale and strategies for the pricing and reimbursement of Janssen products in the competitive Romanian pharmaceutical market.Keeps close contacts with HEMAR- EMEA colleagues, updated on pricing and reimbursement systems in EU region and provides business inputs to MA Director and CVTs to effectively drive company’s objectives.Provides managed entry access schemes research as appropriate.Coordinates Real World Data collection and post marketing related studies in local market.Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to meet the overall delivery objectives for RWE roadmap in Romania.Essential duties and responsibilities:Makes sure pricing is consistent, updates pricing on a routine basis and conducts pricing analyses. Analyses and proposes the optimum timeline for registering the Romanian prices according to business purposes. Obtains internal and external pricing approvals – according to regulations and business objectives.Provides pricing and reimbursement market research as appropriate.Evaluates the changing marketplace and monitors competitors’ pricing plans and regularly updates all relevant stakeholders (MB, MD, EAM) about the business impact.Develops and submits pricing and reimbursement dossiers/documents to support best market access outcomes for new products, employs RWE, health economics data and clinical evidence and understands and builds knowledge of disease areas and products for allocated areas.Assesses economic value, target pricing, and cost drivers and implements and supports reimbursement activities and pricing plans for the allocated portfolio, to drive and realize the company’s goals.Assists business cases and economic instruments to support market access of new and existing products.Follows all relevant HTA bodies’ decisions and reports (NICE/SMC/AWMSG/HAS) and keeps relevant stakeholders informed on outcomes and implications for the local business.Works in collaboration with cross functional teams (CVTs) internally to develop timely and robust pricing and market access strategies and collaborates closely with other departments (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure business support and best pricing and market access outcomes (ex. in cost-volumes) for the entire portfolio.Reviews and compiles presentations and documentation to show the benefits of covering the company’s products and procedures and updates, in a timely manner, the internal systems/websites/dashboards.Develops reports/analyses for the functional HEMAR networkMaps current & future pricing and reimbursement environment (local and EU) and analyses key drivers for local market access.Analyses the local environment, propose and RWE related studies that can help Janssen Ro in enhance market access for the allocated portfolio.
