Were working with top global Ubisoft studios on projects that shape the entertainment industry. From Assassins Creed and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, to Watch Dogs, Just Dance and many others join us in creating the next big titles in gaming.Job DescriptionYour life at UbiAs Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ubisoft, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, in accordance with the staffing plan received from Recruitment Manager.Your main mission:Implement the recruitment plan, either through external or internal recruitmentCollaborate with recruitment agencies if the case in closing open positionsJob profiling - identifying the profile needed by the teamDiscussions with managers on expectations on that profileConfronting the profile required with the existing JD and amending if needed SourcingIdentify and use the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to find the suitable profilesHeadhunting in order to attract the needed talentsAdvertising in the best/appropriate format also using your networking skillsScreening & SelectionImplement the selection process (resumes, interviews, educational or professional experience, references, technical testing)Give feedback to hiring managers on the whole process and candidate profilePropose improvement of the recruitment procedures if needed and requested by the hiring managersOther administrative tasks:Manage employees files, contracts and documents signingProducing reports and summaries of activity, as requested by the managersTake responsibility for activities related to HR Administration, including but not limited to processing of hiring, internal transfers, all types of absence, maintaining personnel records etcRespond to employees' requests for administrative documentsQualificationsThe professional value you bring:Previous experience in recruitment processesGood sourcing and networking skillsAttention to detailsKnowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)Advanced English levelThe personal value you bring:Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral, writing)Prioritize effectively, good organization skillsCreativity, passionInitiative, ownershipAdditional InformationUbisofts 20,000 team members, working across more than 30 countries around the world, are bound by a common mission to enrich players lives with original and memorable gaming experiences.
