HR Business Analyst in Oradea

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Responsible for the timely and correct execution of personnel administration activities, communication, compensation, benefits and relationship with employees Prepares situations, analyzes and reports specific to the human resources activity Acts as the first point of contact for business partners, managers, and employees seeking advise and counsel on all workforce matters. Administers processes, policies, and programs related to compensation, staffing and employee relations. Partners with site leadership to effect change and effectively serve as a change agent by managing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of programs to enhance employee satisfaction, improve morale, positively impact retention and assure alignment with corporate values and policies. Manages the recruitment and selection process from start to finish, from entry level, to senior management level in Romania and provides support for other locations; Acts as a Brand Ambassador for the Celestica brand and its values ​​in promoting the company and attracting top talents; Participates in the development of creative strategies for finding and attracting qualified candidates and collaborates with HR Business Partners to provide support and understanding of future requirements for attracting talent: Manages and develops Celestica programs for students in partnership with HR Business Partners and Managers to ensure a solid collaboration with universities: Ensures compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations and laws. Keeps abreast of legislative decisions, changes in local employment laws and regulations to limit legal exposure and liability. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: Significant knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources management. Good public presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers. Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects. Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner. Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
