HR Business Partner in Ghimbav

Our HR department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the team. As a team member of the HRBP area, you will be responsible of: External & internal hiring Responsible for the process (development & implementation) Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs Decide on external and/ or internal advertisement methods and request the placement Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for the open positions. Keep in contact with the candidate during the hiring process Prepare and send accurate hiring offers Human Resources Development Responsible for the process (implementation) Employee Dialogues, Talent Management Conferences, Individual Development Plans Compensation & Benefits Responsible for the process (implementation) Releases proposal for salary increases for the employees in the allocated departments. Is a gate for the salary changes Participate in the salary review process together with the Department manager & make proposals according salary bands & overall Compensation Policy. Contribute to the Benefits Policy Interface with the employee communication of the salary related aspects (except salary calculation, salary slips) Variable Compensation System What will you need to succeed: Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position; English language proficency; Basic SAP system knowledge; MS Office at an advanced level; Knowledge of Romanian Law requirements related to personnel administration; Demonstrated competence in recruitment and selection methods.
