HR Business Partner (Part-time) in Bucuresti

With offices in Canada, the USA, Romania, and Costa Rica, we implement world-class software solutions and the majority of our clients are Fortune 1000 companies who trust Delbridge Solutions as a partner to support their business processes. We are looking for a part-time (10-20 hrs/week) HR Management and Development Partner that would help our Bucharest office with internal communication, onboarding, and other day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid position, with a flexible work-from-home and on-site schedule. Our office is in Bucharest District 1.   Responsibilities Aligning business objectives with employees and the management team.The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.Responsible for communication with our external HR partners on legal aspects.Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.The position may include international human resource responsibilities. Onboarding - Ensure proper onboarding to new hires (induction, mentor assignment, mood monitoring during probation period).Assist in conducting meetings for closing probation period and performance appraisal interviews. Make sure information is updated in internal systems.Mood monitoring - organize one-to-one meetings with the employees upon their request, prepare reports regarding team morale, motivation factors, identified risks, and mitigation plansAssist managers in creating IDPs and training plansInternal Communication - develop new channels of communication during global activities in cooperation with Senior HR ManagersTraining & other development activities - create and conduct presentations, and questionnaires. Update current formsHR Consulting - act as a contact point for managers; analyze and improve HR processes in cooperation with Senior HR ManagersLead the HR and Admin work with the HR external partnerSkills University degree in HR or a related field is a plus, but not mandatoryDeep knowledge of HR processes, practices, and principles is preferredEnglish - AdvancedSolid PC skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient communication and presentation skillsData Analytics knowledge is a plus#LI-Hybrid Powered by JazzHR
