HR Generalist in Bucuresti

As an HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with HR Consultants and HR Managers to successfully implement and drive HR initiatives across designated locations. Your scope of activities will include, but not limited to: Administer & oversee benefits packages (retirement plans, insurance policies, wellness programs & other additional benefits). Administer & oversee the payroll transactions (salaries, social insurance, allowances, taxes, and other deductions). Ensure that all LH Group policies and organizational procedures are fulfilled as well as local laws and regulations. Ensure timely processing and issue resolution for local foreign employees and expatriates. Advice business partners of market trends concerning skillset, competencies & market benchmark for a potential hiring. Support with new recruitments to comply with organizational policy matters. Parameters to consider LH Group internal procedures and processes, legal regulations. Bachelor / High School certificate in the Human resources field, Legal, Social Sciences or Business Administration required. 3 to 5 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background and/or payroll. Excellent English language skills. Advanced MS office knowledge. Highly analytical skills. Highly Detail oriented.
