HR (People &Culture) Business Partner – Philip Morris RomaniaWe are looking for an extraordinary colleague to join an amazing HR (People & Culture) team, as People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?By Developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic HR (P&C) initiatives for the allocated functions according with the P&C global policies and PMI objectives By actively promoting HR (P&C) projects and initiatives, providing support for clarification and implementation to the management team and supported functions By meeting regularly with managers to update on HR (P&C) initiatives, discuss HR (P&C) issues and collect feedback on team concernsBy assessing business needs and priorities in terms of staffing, organization design, performance management, change management, employee relations, new leader coaching, talent management, career developmentBy coordinating or contributing to transversal projects (eg: mental health programs that are implemented at worldwide level, manufacturing trainee projects etc)By partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, career path, skills assessment and Labor Relations strategy development and deployment By liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire and retain the right candidatesBy counseling and coaching people managers and employees on their personal matters and manage individual issues, in the areas of performance, development, general complaintsBy gaining insights on our organization via data analytics, focus group discussions, employee interviews to develop action plans, to address pain points to engage organizationBy supporting timely execution of HR (P&C) cycles such as performance management and other Talent Management processesBy managing the Change and Communications aspects to ensure policies and processes gains commitment WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:•Bachelor’s degree from University or above in Human Resource or other relevant fields (e.g. Culture Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology etc.) or equivalent skills proven through professional experience•5 years relevant experience in Human Resources specially in Employee & Labor Relations, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and I&D, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Recruitment,•An individual with strong operational hands-on HR generalist skillset and able to fluently navigate and interpret relevant P&C policies and practices, including elements of labor law, in various not standard people situations, providing timely and tailored support,•Knowledge of Romanian Labor Laws,•Facilitation / Presentation proven experience,•Transformation management (People, Op Model, Technology, Process or Service aspects),•Works comfortably at all levels of the organization,•Strategic thinking and analytics-based problem solving,•Experience in cross functional projects,•Excellent command of English.
