HR Personnel Administration - Consultant in Bucuresti

In order to provide our clients continuously with an excellent service, we want to further strengthen our team in Zurich-Altstetten and are therefore looking for you!We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and team player person, highly motivated professional, passionate of his/her work, willing to act and to achieve results to join our team as HR Personnel Administration – Consultant - determined 4 months Job responsibilities: • Assist with all needed documentation and system update with regards to local employment, on-boarding, internal moves, changing of job titles and responsibilities, cost centers, compensation and any other necessary employee and position information in HR related tools • Support all employees in using the HR related tools (back –up for managers in approval leave requests, raising Job requisitions) • Organize and maintain employment records according to Romanian legislation and electronic archiving according to Chain IQ workflow and procedures • Maintain relationship with Health Insurance provider and other benefits providers for monthly entries / exit / changes • Support the local onboarding/ off-boarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding/ off-boarding experience for new hires • Deliver requested information and reports in a timely manner, reviewing data for accuracy and formatting for ease of use • Assist and support Health & safety Provider with all documents following the Romanian Legislation Job requirements: Good command of English Good abilities of excel, word, outlook Minimum of 2+ years of HR administration Understanding of Romanian personnel admin legislation Previous experience in utilizing a HR ERP (SAP, Charisma, etc) Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results for multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills, team player and ability to work under pressure in a flexible manner
