Our desired colleague must have:
3-4 years of experience in HR;
Have at least 2 years experience in recruitment;
Excellent command of English;
MS Office proficiency;
Knowledge of the Romanian labor law;
Organizing and planning skills;
Enthusiastic and assertive;
Good communication abilities (active listening and presentation skills);
Able to show initiative.
Your tasks:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions;
Verifies and accurately processes employee personnel data forms;
Make interviews/Call to schedule interviews/Pick the best CVs;
Make employment contracts or ending documents;
Ordering meal tickets for all location;
Preparing the salaries tables (checking locations) and sending to external HR;
Preparing training lessons to employees;
Make payments and mentain relation with bank and deposit the money;
Check with locations the number of employees.
Organize company events and teambuildings.
