Job Description Support the business by creating and implementing employee-driven programs and initiatives in line with the business strategy;Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees, knowing the business inside and out;Drive healthy and positive organizational culture in partnership with people managers;Provide support and advice to the internal clients in all HR-related matters, act as one point of contact for managers and employees from respective business units;Develop, coordinate, adjust and implement best practices and company stated processes or programs within all employee lifecycle steps – attraction & recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management and employee exit;Support managers in working towards engagement level in their teams;Cooperate with other HR functional units in developing solutions to solve business challenges;Offers hands-on support to TA and Admin HRLead and/or participates in driving innovation and continuous HR process improvement initiatives and/or cross-functional/cross-location special projects across the network;Monitor and analyze HR metrics, and develop action plans to drive improvements;Provide consultations and support in employee relations and disciplinary cases;Lead different HR projects cross-functionally;Recruit personally the key talents for the company Qualifications Higher education;At least 3 years experience in HRBP or HR Manager role;Expertise in labor market, knowledge of labor law;Personal competencies: an ability to see The big picture of the organization and how the departmental unit fits into that structure; an ability to work with and through people; self-driven; results-oriented;Excellent spoken and written English languageAdvanced computer literacy
