We are looking for an enthusiastic Health and Safety Student to join our team specializing in HSE for our Health and Safety Function in Craiova, Romania. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Investigate incidents and determine measures/actionsReview and update risk analysisPrepare Quarterly Environment Metrics reports and monthly for OSHMonthly reports of Health & Safety Key Performance IndicatorsConduct weekly safety onboarding trainingPlans and conducts internal OSH audits and follows up on the implementation of the identified actions until their closureTrains new employees, contractors and visitorsPromote the culture of OSH and EnviromentalParticipate in daily meetings in order to obtain information from other departments and inform them about incidents/accidents or about HSE projects/campaignsEnsures compliance with safety instructions and procedures by all employeesCreate orders in the SAP Ariba procurement system
