Sofidel’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.PURPOSETo guarantee the correct management of the human resources in accordance with the laws, policies, regulations and procedures defined by the Human Resources, Organization and Safety DepartmentMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Guarantee the management of all topics and institutes concerning working relationships, on the basis of the law and contract regulations in force in the reference area Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes concerning the personnel’s management, in particular of their payroll Support the corporate depts. in the elaboration of the HR plan Ensure the correct and efficient control of disciplinary procedures, resignations, terminations and retirements Support the Operating Dept in the achievement of its aims Ensure that the management of relevant issues is carried out in accordance with the group policies and regulations defined by the HR, Organization and Safety Direction Support the several corporate depts. in the management, valorisation and development of human resources, also through the opportunity of training activities Guarantee a correct and efficient execution of the recruiting process Support the Country Operations Manager and the Plant Manager in the management of relationships with trade unions representatives Guarantee the management of relationships with the relevant local authorities in matters of employment protection and safety Coordinate the activities related to health and safety in the workplace Support the Country HR Manager (if applicable) in the achievement of his/her aims . Collaborate with the HR, Organization and Safety Dept for the definition of working plans and the identification of related tools, supervising their correct and precise application in the reference country Check and supervise the correct and prompt drafting of monitoring reports related to relevant activities, also collaborating with the HR, Organisation and Safety Dept, contributing to the permanent improvement of monitoring tools Collaborate with the HR, Organisation and Safety Dept for the definition of policies and tools related to working safety and hygiene, coordinating the peripheral managers’ activities in favour of a permanent improvement Collaborate with the HR, Organisation and Safety Dept for the definition of the annual plan of group training and supervise its correct and precise execution in the reference area Contribute to the maintenance and development of a working environment where cohesion and collaboration are favoured Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorisation and motivation Promote a safety-bound corporate culture Promote the Corporate Principles and Values ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: University or Collegue degree. At least 5 years of experience in HR. Fluency in English, plus native in Romanian. Experience in wide range of HR functions as HR Services, labour law, reward, etc. Leadership experience. Experience in a matrix organization. Able to create strong professional relationships with different level of stakeholders. Able to drive people and influence them at all levels in the organization.
