Hybrid Customer Support Agent Dutch Speaker in Bucuresti

Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent with a background in call center operations to join our team in Bucharest. In this hybrid role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality service experience. If you are customer-focused, proactive, and enjoy working in a hybrid environment, we’d like to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer issues efficiently, aiming to resolve them on the first contact. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and solutions provided. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of service. Requirements: Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills. Proven experience in a call center or customer support role is essential. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bucharest. Valid residence permit is required; note that “SEDERE TEMPORARA” and “Permis Unic” cards are not accepted. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Relocation Note: No relocation package is provided for this role. Candidates must arrange their own move if relocating to Bucharest.
