Department: Industrial EngineeringResponsibilities:• Implementation and maintenance of the Kanban system;• Training and capacity control on machines and processes;• Analyzing the processes, working methods and establishing the production times in the cutting and pre-assembly areas;• Preparation of working standards according to the Yazaki design and databases for the area of ​​Cutting and pre-assembly;• Implementation in time of all changes requested by the client;• Monitors the OEE for automatic machines and elaborates the plan for its increase;• Study in order to simplify work operations;• Management of CAD and SAP stocks;• Coordination, development and implementation of suggestions for improvement in the production process;• Analysis for establishing working times and methods;• Implementation in time of all the changes requested by the client in the work process.
