You will be responsible for the success of our customers and, ultimately, the company's success.This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and creativity to help a cutting-edge tech company expand globally.Location - this is a remote opening, but since we are establishing our presence in the Netherlands and Poland - we would love to find our future colleagues in those countries.ResponsibilitiesLead new customer implementations — successfully launch Shelf to our new customersBuild and scale a high-quality implementation process Develop strong relationships with customers — understand their needs and cultureEducate customers on how Shelf works and coach them to properly use Shelf using a mix of product demonstrations, presentations, and Q&A sessions.Distill customer feedback into actionable insights for counterparts in the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.Create and effectively implement success plans that will retain customers over multiple contract renewal cycles and create the conditions for account expansion.Partner with customer counterparts to measure the tangible impact of Shelf within their organizations.Work with other members of the post-sales organization to onboard new customers in a timely and effective manner.Diligently capture data so it can be analyzed and used to improve both company processes and the customer experience in a measurable way.RequirementsBackground in B2B SaaSProject Management skills and/or experience as an extreme advantage2+ years of experience in customer-facing rolesEnjoys interacting with others, primarily through tools that facilitate remote work (Zoom, Slack, etc.)Intuitive and empathetic with solid communication and interpersonal skillsProactive in nature and enjoys solving problemsHighly organized - able to self-manage and clearly report on work activities
