As Implementations Consultant- Sanctions analyst you provide guidance and support to our clients as they pilot and adopt our white box machine learning technology to produce impactful and auditable outcomes at scale. Your expertise in global sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, including OFAC reporting, USA Patriot Act compliance, and third-party due diligence will be essential during the implementation lifecycle. Key Duties: As a billable resource and subject matter expert deliver AML/CFT/CPF and Sanctions regulatory compliance professional services to our financial sector clientsBuild an understanding of our solutions, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialists to effectively implement our solutionsGather, validate and document business requirementsCreate functional specifications for solutions Create test cases, conduct testing and support customer UATWork with project manager and customer to get timely sign-off within approximately 3 monthsDeliver assignments with a high level of client satisfaction and within budgetWrite SQL scripts for testing data quality and conducting quality assurance of dataSupport the development of this new professional services team and assist with change managementLocation: 100% Remote Qualifications: Bachelor’s  degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management and/or ACAMS Certified3+  years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in the Sanctions ComplianceExperience with ISO, Swift, and XML mapping with financial messagesProcess analysis, mapping, and designStrong writing, communication, analytical, and research skillsExperience with SQLKnowledge of banking/payment processing, especially familiarity with SWIFT and other payment message structures desirableExperience in first-level handling of Sanctions escalations and presenting appropriate analysisJob Remuneration:Salary: competitiveEmployment Type: B2B or direct employmentEmployee stock optionsPaid days to balance your work and life in a way that suits you bestLocation: Fully remote foreverCareer growth: Promotion and great development opportunities within the organizationOur cultureYou will be co-creating our business solutionsWe believe that your feedback allows us to create the best solutions as well as adjusted work culture.
