ResponsibilitiesDeals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face;Upload the order received from Customer, in export excel database and process the file;Request to Master Data for the export price report valid for the day the goods leave the warehouse;Request purchase invoices from Finance;Identify and pair each item from the export invoice with the code from the purchase invoiceSend to CS the export base for processing;Send to warehouse the information for loading received from CustomerChecking if the order has been prepared in full. Complete the files and documents for exportSending the export file and documents to the broker and CustomerSend the purchase invoices and Long Term Declaration to the brokerSending the order to Procurement in case there are observations (marks that have stock/delivery problems and that we cannot export).Checking stocks and BBD’S in HAVI INTERNAL TOOL - Ilos.Submitting requests for documents we receive from QA.Sending information to the warehouse to complete the CMR (number of pallets, number of parcels, temperature, truck number, weight, nature of the goods).Preparation of documents for the driver (invoice, declaration, CMR) + the documents we receive from QA.Sending documents by email to customs.Support for import activities: intra-community exchanges, imports from UK, TR and RS.Keeps records of customer interactions and orders received;Records details of inquiries, comments and complaintsCommunicates and coordinates with all the internal departmentPrepares monthly reports (Key figures, analysis etc.Performs any other specific tasks, according to the management requests for a proper conduct of the operationParticipates actively in creating a team spirit, able to increase the efficiency and the productivity of warehouse operationsParticipates to the induction and training of new employees, whenever is necessary; Desired Skills & Experience• Customer Focus• Building and Maintaining Relationships• Commitment to Excellence• Functional Knowledge• Leading the Vision• Execution• Achieving Measurable Results• Cross-Functional Thinking
