Information Security (junior) Communication Skills (regular) IT (regular) English (advanced) MS Office (advanced) In this role, you will be supporting the field of Information Security to meet requirements and future needs of our business. You will be part of a fantastic technology and digital transformation journey, assuring its security. As an Information Security Analyst, you will have a vital role in analyzing, aggregating, and reporting data, supporting teams for developing and aligning security related services, together with central functions and Business Group for products, operations, production and customers. You will give practical support to different parts of the Business Group and other stakeholders, helping them to build-up and enhance their own Roadmaps and implementing controls. Your main RESPONSIBILITIES will include:Documentation, data, KPI reporting and consolidation, follow-up, catalogue updates, etc.Co-ordinate and support Information security services, trainings, workshops, audits, rollouts, etc.Support the risk management ,exception list and BIA process (documentation, follow-up, reporting)Sales support coordination for customer security requirementsSupport in operational security / Security and incident managementCyber security /thread analyses / overview / dashboard -track cyber risk statusParticipation in projectsWould this be YOU?A relevant university IT degree or completed IT vocational education and a minimum of 3-5 years working in the field of IT.Experiences working as Analyst / Backoffice assignment, being fluent with standard Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools, creating documentation and reports, as well as follow-up on activities andExperiences working in the field of Information Security, ISO 27001/ ISO 22301, vulnerability management, Privacy/GDPR, Risk mgmt., IT security, Pentesting, is considered a big PLUSTechnical IT background is considered a plus (Client-Server, Cloud, Network, Programming)Client-oriented attitude, ability to present and communicate with technical teams as well as with customersCommunicative and approaching people, highly motivated, self-driven and efficient workerFluency in English language is a must, both written and spokenWe OFFER:Challenging work in a leading international corporation with competent colleaguesOpportunities for continuous growth and self-developmentTrainings & education (Cloud, RedHat and ITIL certification | studies/postgraduate studies financial support)Benefits: medical care, sport card, group insurance, language lessons, remote work, laptop, mobile phone, team building events
