Therefore, we are looking for an Infrastructure Architect with Azure Cloud experience.  The cloud architect role will be the technical driver to build and implement Azure infrastructure and operation that effectively support our ambitious cloud strategy.  You have extensive experience implementing Azure as a key element of the IT infrastructure in large organizations.About the job  The focus of the job is to develop and mature our Azure infrastructure, in collaboration with the infrastructure delivery team, sourcing partners, application teams and data teams.  Falck has launched a new strategy “Care for more 25” that will require significant transformation of the IT deliveries as well as support the expansion of the global IT platform coverage. Azure is a key IT building block for supporting our business strategy.  Falck is in the beginning of the public cloud journey. Most applications are currently hosted in a private cloud setup.  You will be part of a team of IT architects in IT Transformation Services. The transformation team works closely with the IT infrastructure delivery team and our outsourcing providers to drive the defined IT transformation projects.  Transformation projects examples: Integration of new Falck entities into global platform Implementation of new customer contracts Architect and drive implementation of new services. In this job you will have an unique opportunity to set the direction for Azure infrastructure in a worldwide company for the years to come.  Your main responsibilities:  Define and improve the Azure architecture and operation setup to support the IT strategy. Collaborate with application teams to set standards for implementations in Azure from an operational point of viewCollaborate with IT infrastructure Services to ensure solutions can function efficiently in daily operation. Support bid process for new contracts Support other infrastructure projects like implementation of new customer contracts, integration of acquisitions etc.   About you  Your experience: Experience from a similar position in a medium or large organization. Experience using IT architecture frameworks. Extensive knowledge of Azure architecture and operation. Broad knowledge of infrastructure elements across Datacenter services, Networks and Identity and access management.Preferable experience from an outsourced IT setup.Your skills: Ability to keep agreed deadlines and deliver products of high quality and integrity Strong analytical skills a capacity for working with details, while maintaining focus on overall objectives  Ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness, to ensure positive and effective interactions, both in and outside of organization Good interpersonal (written and oral) communication skills A fluent English Good understanding of business requirements Ability and dedication to develop both personally and professionally.   About us Falck Global IT supports our operation worldwide with a focus on Europe, United States and Latin America.  Application management and development is a mix of external suppliers and in-house development. All infrastructure services are outsourced mainly to HCL (Azure, Data Center, Network, End user services, Service Desk etc.).  You will be part of the Infrastructure Transformation Services team of 6 (based in Copenhagen, Warsaw and Los Angeles offices).
