The role will requiremarketing campaign & lead management, cold call activities, pipelinemanagement, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results. Inside Sales Representative responsibilities:Prospects the market to identify business opportunitiesFollow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stageBuilds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phoneIdentify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development)Account management activities; upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasBuild deep relationships within the territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and servicesAct on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Business fluent in written and spoken EnglishExcellent business administration skills, including presentation experience, together with good organisational and interpersonal skills.The candidate should have a very good level in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint.A proven working understanding of SFDC (or similar CRM & ERP systems) is desirableDemonstrable understanding of multi-dimensionalIT routes to market - via Channel, Distribution and Direct to end users.
