International Workplace Project Manager in Craiova

Responsibilities •Ownership of supplier procurement (architects, project managers, contractors, furniture) for the whole lifecycle: identification, qualification, selection, contracting, and performance monitoring•Working with landlords, end users, and other Endava stakeholders, especially the Internal Technology Group, on the development of the office design•Oversight of the delivery phase of multiple, varied, office fit-out projects in different countries simultaneously, including site visits.•Handling issues•Regularly updating colleagues on project progress•Development and management of project budgets, forecasts, etc.•Managing the smooth handover of office projects to local facilities management teams Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years experience in managing office fit-out projects Excellent project management and organizational skills, delivering high-quality work on time and to budget Good analytical and numeracy skills Understands the views of others, anticipating, listening, and addressing any concerns Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate assertively with internal stakeholders in writing and in person and a wide range of external contacts Acts with integrity and upholds all of Endava’s values - a team player, who can work in collaboration and is enthusiastic and supportive Willingness to travel APPLY NOW
