INTERNSHIP – Support Developer with Unix & PL/SQL Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract IT (Information Technology) Apply Responsibilities Join an experienced team within Global Solution Centre Romania which manages several critical applications on regulatory reporting of SG Group. The team closely collaborates daily with other teams and applications, being involved in multiple evolutions, both functional and technological, working in Agile mode. You will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as:•Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux in system administration, Control-M job scheduler and code versioning software (Github)on different web applications for development and maintenance.What you will do:•As a Support Developer with Unix & PL/SQL Intern, you’ll learn how to implement features and fix bugs in existing codebase, maintain existing engines and tools, analyze performance of your code and optimize it, collaborate as a team player with developers, quality insurance, support, security and architects•The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thinks creatively, highly collaborative, and has a passion for developing software with cutting edge features that are far reaching and have real impact; Profile required •Fresh graduate (Automation and Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Telecommunications)or in terminal year•Passioned about Unix/Linux shell scripting and Oracle - development proved and applied in personal projects •Good understanding of data bases •Previous experience aquired in an internship program is a plus;•Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings; •French would be a plus•Motivation to grow and learn as programmer and Enthusiasm and motivation to join a dynamic team, in the banking environment with involvement in IT banking projects•Team spirit Why join us At SG GSC, you will find a flexible workplace and culture, autonomy, constant learning opportunities, dynamism, and talented people, making this experience a real career accelerator.
