The IT Department of Packeta Romania based in Bucharest/Oradea is looking for a new enthusiastic member! IT Business Analyst Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and suggest possible ways of implementation; Help the contracting authority specify the requirement and set clear objectives for the project; Prepare assignments for developers, most often it will be modeling processes, designing logical data structures, in the context of developing your own ERP system, connecting or creating new applications; Project implementation support (kick-off with developers and testers, retrospective within the internal team)Requirements: Fluent English verbal and written communication skills; Experience as an IT analyst with a focus on application development Connect the world of business and IT and understand both sides Analytical thinking and systematic approach Experience with understanding / reading code, REST API and MySQL DB, Jira and UML tools (process modeling and optimization) Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
