The intent of these new engineering pods is to provide a first-class user experience to staff, adding increased levels of automation and cloud-based management to our EUS platform. Our ambition is to deliver an industry-leading platform: highly automated, highly self-service, highly secure, highly resilient, and highly mobile. We will do this by developing world-class automation and integrating with the wider infrastructure environment through the activities of the agile engineering pods.Key AccountabilitiesWork with Key Stakeholders on the development and implementation of policies and procedures to underpin and support effective monitoring and analysis of the global EUS estate.To take a lead role in EUS for the development and implementation of robust systems of work/predictive tools to effectively understand, analyse and respond to endpoint demand.This role is responsible for supporting EUS to efficiently deliver endpoint capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner, in conjunction with key Stakeholders. Iteratively seek discrepancies and inefficiency between the capacity of Infrastructure and the demands of its customers, either in under-utilised resources or unfulfilled customer demand. Introduce an analytical approach to allocation of compute resources to improve the utilisation of existing capacity in conjunction with key stakeholders through elimination of waste.Present data driven observations to support the effective utilisation of resources to underpin efficiency and sustainability objectives using real time dashboards or traditional reporting methodsRequirements Experience working with an Operational, Support or Engineering IT TeamExperience producing and delivering MI, experience in creating and analysing data sources, creating performance KPIs, dashboards, complex reportsProven Power BI, R, including analytics and reporting systems.
